THE RED CHAIR

Digital | 2016 | Dimension Variable

Written and Illustrated by Amelia Han

Have you ever experienced an occasion whereby you were confused between the reality and the delusion of similarity? It stops and freezes some parts of your memory that allows this sudden occurrence to happen?

In this graphic novel, Enson experienced his first Déjà Vu. As he fell, something captures his eyes. A red chair, which can be seen through the shop window. He just feels weird. As if Enson had seen it somewhere else before.

While he keeps thinking about it, he fell deeper and deeper. Losing in his time and space, moving into another dimension. In there, Enson continued to meet several other animals, questioning them about the mysterious red chair.

Will he find his answer? Does the red chair really exist, that’s why Enson had seen it before? Or everything is his illusion? Will he continue to stuck in the state of half knowing, of mystery-within-familarity?
